Career

Regi has 25+ years of senior finance and operations leadership, more than 20 of them in the Middle East. He was Director – Group Finance & Business Operations across four MENA operating companies of a US multinational in IT distribution and services (around US$6bn revenue), serving as business partner to the Group MD and as Executive Director and company secretary for the region.

Earlier roles were with Siemens / OSRAM and Westcon Group. He was selected for the Siemens/OSRAM APAC Management Development Programme.

Finance transformation

His work has been hands-on: ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Epicor Scala, JD Edwards, Hyperion), group shared services, a payment factory, rolling forecasts and board MIS, risk registers, and entity and joint venture set-ups.

Coming home

After around 20 years abroad, Regi planned his own return to India. That experience shapes how he advises NRIs today. He is Managing Partner of Regi Tom Antony & Associates in Kakkanad, Kochi.
